Education Garden and Social Enterprise Hub

To nurture social enterprise initiatives among farmers, widows, orphans, disabled etc to enhance their income and improve their livelihood.

SFM will train beneficiaries to provide specialised skills to farmers including storage, processing, eco-friendly mechanised farming, distribution and marketing. SFM will offer career counselling, business and loans advice. The Centre will be equipped with media lab, arts workshop, play zone and indoor play structure for children, health clinic and computer suite with learning materials.

'Agricultural Weeks' will be available on the farm for school pupils.

SFM will adopt 'inno-native' method, that is, innovative ideas in the West combined with native ideas in Africa to achieve sustainable development: For an example of 'eco housing' in the UK see:

Eco housing built in Long Sutton by the Lincolnshire Rural Housing Association and designed by Dr Jerry Harrall
